The staff interaction left much to be desired. front desk personnel were often dismissive, making us feel unwelcomed during our visit. Furthermore, the coffee served at breakfast was disappointing.

My experience at Hotel Jardim was incredibly frustrating. First, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful regarding my arrival by bike, indicating I couldn't store it anywhere in the hotel despite visible space.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel was modernly renovated, ensuring a clean and spacious room. The comfortable bed allowed for restful nights, and the location was convenient, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the historic area.

It was just a good pick for a little getaway in Aveiro with best value. The location was great, with easy access to shopping and attractions nearby. Make sure to explore the local restaurants since the hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner.

stayed at jardim for 2 nights and loved the family suite! the location is super close to the city center and having wifi was a plus. breakfast was great too, and the room service was just perfect. really enjoyed the classic elegance in the decor and how clean everything was.
